I, Prof. Sanjeev V. Patil, am the Training and Placement Officer (TPO). It is my honour and privilege to introduce our prestigious institute.
We at the Training and Placement Office take this opportunity to introduce Rayat Shikshan Sanstha’s Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College of Engineering, Satara, established in 1983. We are a 43-year-old institute in the Satara region.
Our institute was founded with revolutionary ideas and a vision to provide world-class education in the field of engineering and technology. The institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, accredited by NAAC with B++ grade, approved by the Government of Maharashtra, and affiliated with DBATU, Lonere. The Computer Science Engineering and Civil Engineering departments are accredited by NBA.
We are currently offering five undergraduate programs: Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and Civil Engineering. We also offer postgraduate programs in Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Production Engineering.
The campus is spread across 3.18 acres and is located in the heart of Satara city. It is enriched with beautiful landscapes, state-of-the-art infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, seminar halls, board rooms, libraries, computer centres, hostels, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The institute provides a peaceful and academic-friendly environment for effective teaching and learning.
The Training and Placement Cell continuously strives to enhance the technical, aptitude, and professional skills of students, making them industry-ready. The cell regularly organizes aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions, industrial visits, in-plant training, internships, expert lectures, seminars, and workshops.
Our alumni are placed in reputed multinational and national companies such as TIAA, TCS, Infosys, Privacera, Tata Autocomp, SEDEMAC, Wipro, Cognizant, Tata Motors, Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro PARI, Atos Syntel, Hexaware Technologies, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Virtusa, UST Global, Jabil Circuits, Persistent Systems, Bharat Forge, L&T, Yazaki India Pvt.
