The Training and Placement Cell is one of the integral parts of the institute and functions under the guidance of the Principal of the college. The primary mission of the Training and Placement Cell is to achieve maximum placements for students through dedication, discipline, and complete involvement.
The cell conducts various training and placement activities for students, including communication skills development, aptitude training, technical training, and personality enhancement programs. These activities are organized throughout the academic year with the objective of improving students’ employability and preparing them for campus recruitment.
The Training and Placement Cell maintains continuous interaction with recruiters to understand industry expectations. Based on these inputs, a structured training roadmap is designed and implemented. The training process equips students with essential skills in logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, technical knowledge, and verbal and non-verbal communication.
Personality development and competency building are key focus areas of the cell. The Training and Placement Cell continuously explores new opportunities to enhance placement prospects for students and to strengthen industry–institute collaboration.
